Capture a moment.
A symptom, a meal, a thought. As much as fits into your day.
Less to keep in your head.
Capture how you feel – and bring a clearer picture to your next appointment.
One email at launch. A clearer picture every day.

That discomfort after a meal. The restless night. The question you remember only after the appointment.
Symtag gives it all a place. So scattered memories become a timeline you can follow.
A symptom, a meal, a thought. As much as fits into your day.
Your entries side by side. Across a day, a week or a whole month.
Your key observations in a report. Your questions already in one place.
Six areas, one diary.
And a report that brings it together.
What, when and how strong? Record symptoms with intensity, duration and body area.
From your first coffee to dinner. Meals and ingredients all have a place.
Your medication schedule and what you actually took. Clearly shown side by side.
Record bleeding, your cycle and bowel movements. With clear symbols and in your own words.
Sleep, stress, energy and activity. Because your day is more than your symptoms.
Keep measurements and personal thoughts. Without judgement, for your own overview.
From the first entry to the doctor's appointment – each step explained, with the screen from the app beside it.
Room for what feels good. You do not have to document every moment. Just what you want to remember. Symtag is there when you need it, and leaves room for everything else.
There is a lot to discuss at an appointment. Your report helps you remember what matters, without having to think back over weeks.
Review your report and decide what to share.

Your health is personal. That is why your diary works without an account or a Symtag server for your entries.
Common questions.
Clear answers.
Symtag is a private symptom and food diary. Record symptoms, meals, medication and everyday life. A calendar shows your entries over time, and you can compile a selected period into a report for your appointment.
Yes. The diary, local search catalogues, calendar and report creation work offline. These features need neither an internet connection nor an account.
Your diary entries are stored in an encrypted database on your device. You decide whether to export a report and with whom to share it. An exported PDF contains readable information, so review it before sharing.
No. Symtag records your observations and helps you review them over time. Food and symptoms occurring close together do not establish a cause. The app does not diagnose or recommend treatments.
No. You choose what is relevant to you. A brief entry is just as welcome as a detailed note. Days without entries remain gaps and are not counted as symptom-free days.
Symtag is coming soon to iOS and Android. Join the waitlist, confirm your email address and we will let you know at launch. A release date has not yet been set. In the meantime, real recordings and original screenshots show the features using fictional example data.
You receive an email with a confirmation link. You are added to the waitlist only after confirming. Your address is used solely for the launch notification, not for a recurring newsletter. You can withdraw consent at any time. The waitlist is independent of your future diary; the app does not require an account.
We will let you know when you can get started.
Until then, there is already a place for you here.
